What landscaping services do you offer?

Short answer….. everything! We offer all landscaping and property maintenance services. We can handle any job from dream through to completion. All aspects of landscaping including drainage, concreting (including driveways), decking, pergola’s, edging, turfing, blockwork, brickwork, retaining walls, edging, plants and planting, as well as an extensive property maintenance service. Our equipment includes an excavator, mini loader, truck plus much more.

Can you help with both design and installation?

We sure can. Joel will meet you in the initial consultation and discuss your desires, wants, needs and budget. From there, he can create a landscape design, bringing your ideas to life and allowing you to visualise your dream outdoor area. Along with the design will be a detailed quote outlining the inclusions and costs. Once given the go ahead, your job will be booked in with deposit paid and materials ordered.

Can you provide a written quote?

Yes, we come to you and asses the site. We then provide a detailed design and all quotes are written, typed up and sent via email through our accounting program Xero.

Are your quotes fixed or subject to change?

Quotes are tailored to the individual job. All quotes will have a set, fixed priced. However, if we anticipate there might be a discrepancy, this will be listed on the quote. Should something come up on site, contact will be made to confirm direction moving forward.

What’s included in your quote?

All quotes specify all inclusions. Should there be an unknown, that will be added as a note on the quote. you will get no nasty surprises.

Do you charge by the hour or by the project?

All landscaping work is generally quoted by the project. Sometimes smaller landscaping work or some property maintenance work can be charged by the hour. This would be discussed during the initial conversation.

Is there a minimum job fee?

There is no minimum job fee. We do all types of works large or small. Whether its 1 day or 30 days, we do it all.

What materials do you recommend and why?

The materials we use vary depending on the job. Materials can vary depending on budget and conditions. Upon initial consultation, Joel will discuss your ideas, space and budget and tailor your design and quote around those limitations constraints.

Do you supply plants/materials, or do I need to source them?

We can supply and install EVERYTHING. Though, should you wish to have anything specific, we can work with any supplied product.

Do you offer options for different budgets?

As long as you are flexible with what products are used, there is a variety of different products available to achieve the same result for different budgets. See our Projects page for a fantastic range of projects we’ve worked on in the past.

When can you start, and how long will the job take?

Your start date depends on where we’re at with our current projects. Upon accepting a quote and the deposit being paid, we will book you into the schedule and email you a proposed start date. Completion time varies between jobs. When we start a job, we are there until completion. so whether your job takes 3 days or 3 weeks, you’ll see us each day.

Are you licensed and insured?

The owner and head landscaper Joel holds an individual contractor licence as well as the company holding a licence too. We have all public liability as well was workers compensation and all vehicles and tools are insured.

Do you arrange council approvals or utility checks if needed?

When doing concreting for driveways and driveway aprons, we can organise all council approvals. We always do a ‘Dial before you dig’ before starting any job. However, sometimes utilities are not where they show up on the plans. We can adjust moving forward with any job.
